My flight was changed, reducing my 2 1/2 hour layover at Helsinki, to just an hour. Has anyone ever been to this airport? Should I be at all concerned?
More details-- this will be my return flight from Sweden. I'll be flying out of Bromma Airport and change planes at Helsinki. Flight gets in at 1535 and leaves at 1640. I'll fly from there to LAX (where I've got a 4 hour layover for customs) before flying home.
Right now, I'm scheduled to work 18 hours after my arrival at the home airport. It would not be hard to just take another night off (coworker would be more than willing to work OT to cover my shift). I just have no clue how large the airport is, how difficult it is to get between gates, etc, so have no clue if an hour layover is "doable".

It’s a pretty small airport, I think you will probably be fine.
I’ve only had a long (8 hours) layover there and it is not a good airport to hang out in! Very easy to navigate though, and all the bathrooms play birdsong for bathroom noise.

Same sentiments as above. It's not a great place to hang out, so I generally aim for 1½, but an hour should be fine. Just head straight to your onward flight, since you'll need to clear exit immigration (and likely additional security if you're flying to the US).
