I started getting faint lines on Sunday...got a smidge darker yesterday (using strips), so I went out and bought some "normal" tests and some digitals. Normal test was very blatantly positive yesterday, not faint at all. Digital this morning had the coveted "pregnant." My strips are still super faint though...but the lines are there and you don't have to squint to see them. I'm finding I can't even enjoy the positives because my mind has itself protected for disappointment. My beta isn't till Monday, but I just emailed my nurse to see if they'll move it up...I think that'll go a LONG way to easing my mind! For now, I keep telling myself that "in this moment, I am pregnant."

Lets hope this is the start of a VERY positive trend for all of us!!

Update: Beta was today...at 11dp5dt it came in at 374. I’ll have a redraw on Monday, but I feel great about that number!!
Update 2: 2nd beta at 14dpt was 2101! I don't have to do anymore blood tests, they want to schedule me for an ultrasound for late next week!

Yay! Cautious congrats to you, friend. I know how scary these early days can be, but just remember: today, you are pregnant. The lines getting darker is a great sign!

I hope your clinic is able to move up your beta. I’m calling today to ask for mine to be moved up one day and I’m a little scared. My clinic is great but they’re not the most flexible about this stuff and I’m worried they won’t accommodate. Even if they don’t, I know it doesn’t change anything, but it’s harder to cope with less information (at least for me.)
