I’m up. It’s cold and raining, but the rain is supposed to stop in a few hours. I’ll go out for a short run when it lets up. I have no idea what else I’m doing today.
It’s supposed to be in the 50s but it’s also rainy and we are going to have high wind warnings. I really want to try running outside because I hate missing such a warm day! I may try when there’s a break in the rain and before it gets too crazy windy.
It's sunny here! The first time in over 2 weeks we've really seen the sun! It's also really windy. I'm going to do a gravel ride. Later on is the usual Sunday stuff of laundry, prepping stuff for the week, etc.

It’s 60*, sunny, and gale force winds. My easy 3 miles turned into a very difficult 3 as the wind pushed me around. Like, my legs ache from the effort of staying on course. Yikes!
I am up and did yet another mock exam in study preparation. It is raining here but not extremely cold so I will either go out for a quick run or do yoga.

It’s been really nice here the past few days (and by “really nice” I mean plenty of sun and mid- to high-50s, which feels GREAT after all the rain we’ve had) so I’ve been out running again.
I am so out of (running) shape though!
HIIT shape, yes, running, no. To think I actually ran 13.1 miles just seven months ago. But I’m up for the challenge of being able to run more than five miles and not want to quit!

My dh ran early and got caught in a thunderstorm. So crazy to hear thunder in the middle of winter here! I planned my run much better and just went. It’s 50s and really no wind yet. Supposed to be bad in a couple hours. Glad I got to enjoy some beautiful weather. Hoping I have power later though
