I threw in some chicken breast, Olive Garden Italian dressing, and parmesan cheese in the crockpot Friday and everyone loved it. I sprinkled some garlic salt too. I could have put my red potatoes in also. I'll try that next time.
rere, I did that in the instant pot last week. It was really good!
I've been reverting back to some old standards, but making them in the instant pot to make life easier. Italian sausage and pasta, salsa chicken, beef and broccoli.

Not super healthy, but I tried a homemade hamburger helper that everyone except DD liked. (DD is just super picky.) You could sub ground turkey for the ground beef (although I buy extra lean ground beef) and sub water for beef broth. The first time I made it, I didn't have beef broth, and used water instead, and it was fine. (It's definitely better with the beef broth, though.) Also, I use about 2 3/4 cups of hidden veggie noodles (instead of 2 cups of noodles) because we like it with more noodles. With using more noodles, we get about 2 meals out of it (for 3 of us).
This is not a recipe. But. It’s a solid meal. It will appear in our rotation probably twice a month. It made a nice change from sheet pan fresh fish and roasted veggies.
Frozen prepared fish (we did salmon and tilapia and shared) with GardenLites veggie muffins and premade frozen mashed cauliflower. The heavier sides were a nice compliment to the fish and it was low calorie, high protein and EASY. No mess. No thinking. Everyone happy.
Steak Tips in Gravy: 2 packages brown gravy, 1 package au's-jus and two cups water. Submerge steaks (I usually use petite steaks) and cook on low in slow cooker for 8-10 hours. Add a couple tablespoons corn starch if you want a thicker gravy. Pair with whatever side you like
Frozen meatballs (I made a bunch of turkey meatballs and froze them), quart of diced tomatoes, and cut spaghetti squash in half scoop out seeds and place into crock pot with tomatoes and meatballs cut side down. Cook on low all day. I have the spaghetti squash with meatballs and cook some normal pasta for DD and DH. Low carb for me and high carb for them.
We made this tequila cilantro lime chicken last night and it was great. We substituted more coconut aminos for the honey and tequila and it worked great! paleomg.com/tequila-cilantro-lime-chicken/
