I’m up for a workout at home. I have an eyebrow appointment and I’m trying to get grocery shopping and cleaning done so I have to do literally nothing tomorrow.
I’m up and supposed to run 10 miles, but I’ve been having a lot of contractions the last 2 days (I’m only 27 weeks) so I’m going to grudgingly skip it. I hope I can still run my half next week, but obviously I have to listen to my body.

I’m up and moving slowly. I have 15 with goal pace miles. It snowed 2-3 inches over night and I’m not quite sure where I want to be for goal pace.
Update- I had to abandon any sort of goal pace miles as the trail was not plowed. It was one of the most challenging runs for conditions. 2-3 inches of snow sort of packed down. My hips, it bands and left quad are pissed, but I got my miles in so hooray!

Getting ready to walk the dog and run 5. I should do some upper body strength but I have such a hard time getting motivated to work out at home. I do much better when I’m paying someone to tell me what to do. 🤷🏼♀️
I signed up for a 10 miler tomorrow, so today is a rest day for me. Not a lot planned here, I took yesterday off, so my to do list around the house is small. I'll do yoga during nap time and we have dinner plans with our neighbors.
I did my body pump class this morning and then did 30 minutes on the bike at the gym. I usually bike at home, so it was nice actually seeing the mileage and stuff! I’m going to spend the rest of the morning cleaning and maybe ice skating later!
This if you who do longer treadmill runs- anything above 3 miles counts for me- how? Do you watch something? Have a favorite podcast? They’re calling for more snow and I might have to do a long one at the gym and I need some tips! I always feel like I run slower because I hate it and then it takes forreeever.
I am in such a bad mood lately, so I am on my couch watching Dawson's Creek and eating chocolate. I am going to dinner and a hockey game with my family tonight so I have 3 hours to get off my ass and do something. Probably yoga.

I do back to back Peloton “tread” runs. The app is free for 2w, I think.
I enjoyed a rain free (not sunny, just rain free) day with a 2.5 hour gravel ride. My Garmin turned off when I went I dismounted when I went through a gate. I didn't realize it til I was a mile down the road. I felt robbed. I enjoyed being outside for a bit when I got home. I also cleaned out one of the bike bins and started a new donation box of stuff for our local bicycle coop.

I did 10 today. Outside. It was glorious (and cold, haha). The rest of the day was errands and chores.
meganew, I’ve recently started listening to audio books when I have long treadmill runs. I resisted them for a looong time, but now that I’ve started I’m hooked. My gym has a tv hooked up to each treadmill so if I don’t want to listen to a book, I put on music and turn on a movie with closed-captioning. It’s still seems to take forever, but that’s more b/c I see other people on and off and on and off while I’m there and I’m so jealous that they are DONE!

I ran 6 slow and sore miles. I did a body pump class yesterday at the gym and woke up really sore. Also it was great to run with my friends. I decided not to do my half Ironman this spring.
I was! First race of the year was yesterday morning. It was a local 5K, so just fun and low stress. Biked over, stretched, ran, set PR, stretched, biked home. I should do more of these!
