I've got pretty limited plans and we're getting another brutal snow storm coming, so it will probably be a Netflix kinda weekend. I'm hoping to be done with work by noon and then am getting a pedicure so I'm ready to put my toes on the beach next week. I have a few errands I should run tonight too. Tomorrow R and I are taking the kids bowling. Then I'm planning to be snow blowing the remainder of the weekend.
Not up to much this weekend...getting my nails done with my sister-in-law in prep for an evening out next Friday. We're going to see a cabaret show based on American Horror Story. It's going to be fun! (I keep telling myself that, hoping to convince myself...I really hope it's worth the disruption to my routine.)
I think we're also going to check out a farmer's market this weekend...no particular reason why. We just feel like going to a farmer's market.
Remember that issue with the charity I mentioned yesterday? The vote didn't go the way the lady wanted it to go, so she quit her position on the board! Plenty of people volunteered to help - I even volunteered to help, but because this lady couldn't do it her way, she's taking her toys and going home in a huff. I guarantee you this lady thinks the charity is going to fold without her. blah, blah, drama, blah...

Weekend should be fun. We are going out to dinner and then to one of the touring off-Broadway shows tonight with one of P's friends. Then tomorrow we are going out with another couple. Guess I should text them and try and make plans lol.
I'm planning on going to yoga at some point and running on Sunday because it's supposed to be 49! YAHOO!
One of my coworkers came to my office this morning to let me know the job I applied called him for a reference check and that he talked me up a lot. I have him a huge hug, I'm so appreciative. And as I was typing this about if my references let me know they contacted him as well.
Tonight I have dance class, we're just going to be reviewing the routine. I can tell I'm going to be sore from last night's class!
Saturday morning I'm going to a studio wardrobe sale to check out the purses, shoes, and accessories. Then I'm going to a football game (no idea what actual league) with one of my guy friends, after which we're going to a hockey game together. It's going to be a busy and sports-tastic day!
Sunday I'm going to a march and then to get my face waxed. Glamorous!
We are finally getting a break this weekend from the cold and snow - we'll be up to 60* on Sunday. Woot!
We are going to do a second attempt at having the saddle fitter out to adjust the fit of Owen's saddles. He's walking normally now, so hopefully we can at least demo for our fitter how the saddles are shifting when I ride. Of course, I haven't wanted to cause any further injury, so I haven't ridden him in 2.5 weeks - tomorrow should be interesting (I am expecting a feisty horse, whether or not he can ride without a gimp).
And I spend 3 freaking hours at the Ford dealership this morning. My check engine light came on a couple weeks ago, and I had someone check the code at an Advance auto until I could get it in to the dealer. They had said the code indicated a faulty sensor at the gas cap or some gas fume emissions - not a big deal and no reason to stop driving. Well, this morning it seems I have no sensor issues at all, I just need a whole freaking new computer to control my powertrain (forgive me, not mechanically inclined! That's my best understanding of what they're going to fix). It seems they have to order and then program a computer for me, so the truck goes back in to the shop on Monday to hopefully be fixed for real. I am so thankful that I bought an extended warranty when I bought this truck last April - the part alone is $880.
