Bonus: I saw a video this week about a women doing some workouts on the elliptical and someone was filming her and pretending she was a gymnast at the Olympics. I have no idea if this women knew she was being filmed. What would you if someone was recording you without your knowledge to post it to the internet?
Food: Decent except for yesterday. I gave to all the bad things, but the rest of the week was fine
Workouts: only 3 days this week. I was exhausted Wednesday and my H is out of town today. I didn't do a home workout which was on me.

Food: Make healthy choice. I realize that I binge eat. I never knew that about myself before so I am going to have to figure out why and how to stop.
Workouts: Same Plan as like week except trying to get 5 days in.
Upcoming challenges: Not really anticipating any.

I know I would be so embarrassed and it would be a huge invasion of privacy. I would probably want to the person who did the recording banned from the gym and if I couldn't I would want that added into the terms of agreement so it could be enforced later. Not sure I would be able to work out at that gym again. I really hope in the example above that the women knows she is being recorded and was a willing participant.
Recap: This week I haven't work out, but started avoiding bread (and bread products) and added sugar. I know that its probably all water weight, but I am down 4 pounds and that is making me feel good about it.
Next week: Do the same thing, and try to work out at some point.
Recap: Food was much better. Got a couple short stretching sessions in. Have not been sleeping well at all this week. All stress related, dreaming of taxes & clients.
Next Week: Food: try not to graze all day and no eating after 8pm. See chiropractor on Monday! Get in a couple more stretching sessions. Figure out how to sleep all night and not dream (wishful thinking)
Food: Horrible, as anticipated. I’m at Disney. There just aren’t a lot of healthy options that taste good. I’ve eaten salads when I can, but also giant pretzels and a healthy amount of booze.
Activity - TONS of walking - at least 15k steps a day.
Hoping I didn’t undo all the good work I started before I left. I have a fundraiser gala at the beginning of April. Hoping for the best.

1. Recap of the week
Food: Good. I'm doing pretty well but I blew it over the weekend for our anniversary dinner. Well I guess I had a treat meal.
Workouts: Decent. My long workouts keep getting cut short by weather or lack of time. But I get most of it done. I'm glad I got my whole 14 miles in on my long run. Miscellaneous: I'm adding an extra month with my nutritionist. I'm mad at myself that I'm just now loosing weight. Basically I spent 2 months goofing off not loosing weight and wasted all that money.

2. Plan for the Following Week
Food: I've got my meals planned out...I don't have GREAT plans for lunch. I've literally been eating lunch meat, a cheese slice and sliced peppers. But I'm so lazy... Workouts: This weekend we have our first open water swim in prep for this 70.3. Im' looking forward ot it.
Upcoming challenges: Baseball is finally about to start. That's gonna make things tricky.

^^ At the gym? I would insist that my gym ban them. I don't care what the rules of the gym say, I would insist and threaten to sue if they didn't do it. I don't know quite what my cause of action would be but that never stopped a lawsuit from at least getting filed.
I would also respond online and shame them right back for being a miserable human.
And I would also want to crawl in a hole and die.
If it happened to another person at my gym, I would do all of the above except I wouldn't feel as personally embarrassed. What is wrong with some people?
