UGH 3rd HSG scheduled - FET2 cancelled

FET2 just got cancelled.  Yesterday on the ultrasound the tech indicated HYDRO.  My clinic said not to worry and it's fine to continue.  I did more research and pushed on them again.  This time the nursing team got the RE involved and said to cancel the cycle.  They want me to have another HSG.  This is going to be my 3rd HSG in under 2 years.  


I know the HSG checks for any blockages in the tubes but the fluid they saw on the ultrasound was hydro in the uterus.  I'm really pissed because this was noted on my ultrasound during FET1 which was a fail. At the time I didn't know better and I didn't push on them.  So while I'm mad this one is cancelled I'm also glad I really pushed and wasn't going to take "it'll be fine" as an answer.  I get to go Friday for yet another fun filled apt with someone else up all in my parts.

((megstoo)) I am sorry your FET got cancelled but I am glad you advocated for yourself and your RE took it seriously. Extremely frustrating that they didn’t look into this more seriously for the previous transfer.

Ugh, I’m so sorry! Great job advocating for yourself though!!

That has to be so frustrating. I’m sorry, I hope you get some answers. Good for you for being your own advocate! I’ve learned through IF that is something you have to do. Sending hugs!

I'm so sorry that things has to be cancelled. It's hard enough to go through this without additional problems. I hope it clears up soon.

I'm glad you pushed for answers, but it sucks it was cancelled. Hopefully you can resolve it and move on to the next FET soon!

I hate that your FET was cancelled but I’m so glad you went with your gut and pushed for more answers. Hopefully they get everything right finally for the next cycle!
