Between 2.5-3 is pretty normal but some will nap longer.
We PT at 3 using a 3 day boot camp method and it worked great 3 long days but then it was done with no accidents except for one time when she was sick (high fever with an EI and got disoriented trying to get to the bathroom)
DS1 was younger - just after he turned 2. But that's because big brother didn't nap so getting him to go down when big brother didn't was impossible.
We also did the 3 day potty training with DS1 (when he was about 2) and it worked perfectly. With DS2, we did a more gradual route as he wanted to do what DS1 was doing so he tried to go from early!

None of mine napped past 3. By 2-2.5 even a short nap destroyed overnight sleep and kept them up past 11, so we had to nix the nap.
Mine all potty trained differently. DD1 was 2y 9m following a failed attempt at the 3 day at 2y6m (did the full 3 days and by the end of day 3 we hadn’t had a single success).
DD2 decided it was a battle of wills and didn’t potty train until almost 4, when a friend asked why she wore diapers like the babies. She didn’t train, she had been capable for over a year, just stubborn.
DS was 2y 7m when we had an opportunity to do 3 day without it being interrupted by school drop offs and pick ups and other activities, so I figured we’d try. He was done by day 2.

DD1 gave up naps for good around age 3.
As for PTing, we started when she was 2y9m. She got the hang of peeing in the potty quickly, but it took several more months for her to not be petrified of pooping. She finally gave in to M&M bribery at 3y1m. Also, she started on a little potty and even just transitioning her to the big toilet with a kid seat was awful and it felt like PTing all over again, so I'm not going that route at all with DD2.
Can't help with the binky, sorry. One kid never took them and the other gave it up on her own pretty early.
My 3.5 year old only recently potty trained, isn't oovernight trained and still naps sporadically (he'll put himself down. "Mama, I need to lay down") and goes to bed with a baby bottle of plain water.
I don't care if he uses that bottle till he's 37. He sleeps like a champ and doesn't fight bedtime as long as he has his baba. I see no reason to argue about it. I do ask him occasionally if he's ready to be a big boy who doesn't need a baba and he tells me at Christmas he'll give it up. K. Sounds good dude. I imagine the overnight potty issue and the water are linked...but eh.
BB still naps at 3y2m. But she is OK if she skips them, just a little more cranky.
We PTed her when she was 2y7m and she got the hang of it quickly. She's had a few regressions though - mostly around when she's been sick which I can understand. We played up the big girl status of wearing underwear and got her character undies with her favorites on them which helped.

DS took naps until the day he started K at 5.5. He’s about to turn six and I have to watch him when he comes home from school or he’ll fall asleep on the floor. He goes to bed at 7! I don’t know what the deal is with that kid, he just likes to sleep. Potty training him became a battle of wills so upon professional advice we just dropped it. He trained a month before he turned 4 when he just one day decided he was going to use the potty and that was that. DD is 3.5 and still taking naps most days. I tried to learn my lesson from DS and just sort of made the potty available from around 18 months on and pretty much one day she decided she was going to use the potty around her third birthday and that was that. She had more accidents than DS but nothing major. She does still wear a diaper for nap and night but she’s not happy about that.

Both of mine stopped napping routinely by 2.5. Ds potty trained at 21 months, we started dd last weekend at almost 2.5. Three days accident free! (And she is stubborn!).
I had to stay home with dd today bc she had a slight fever yesterday. I’m exhausted

DD loved napping and did so well into 3. She also had her binky until she was 2.5ish (we did the slow transition to nap/night only, and then did the 'binky went bye-bye/Binky Fairy'/binkies are for babies thing). It was a tough transition, and she talked about missing binky for a long time, but was okay without it.
DS, however, stopped napping daily when he was about 2.5. It was rough, because he still needed it (and still does sometimes at 4.5, haha), but we adjusted bedtime to be a bit earlier, which helped.
my son is 3 and still naps at school and at home. he also still uses his pacifier for sleeping and i'm fine with it (meaning, i'm not trying to ween him off of it).
as for potty training...he demonstrated an interest in potty training around 2.5, and is now almost fully potty trained during waking hours (he has an accident every now and again). he occasionally stays dry during naps. never stays dry overnight.
I don't care if he uses that bottle till he's 37. He sleeps like a champ and doesn't fight bedtime as long as he has his baba. I see no reason to argue about it.
these are my exact feelings about my son's pacifier. whatever works so i can sleep!

DS was a paci addict and still used one at 3 (mostly just for sleep & car trips) and he said that he'd stop using a paci when he turned 4. And he honestly went cold turkey the day of his 4th birthday (his choice, I wasn't pushing it because sleep is more important than the paci issue).
He had a few moments that he looked like he was regretting his life choices, but he did it. I was so glad it was his decision instead of something that I made him do.
DD is 3 years old and still uses her paci at night. Meh. I'm hoping she gives it up on her own, but ultimately I don't think she'll go to college with it, so it will probably get resolved in the next 15ish years. lolsob

I'm shocked at these young PTers. My 21mo has actually been showing signs of readiness (DD1 didn't until much later, and even then, it was minimal). I tried to just go with it and see if she would sit on the toilet but she screamed bloody murder the moment I tried. So I guess she's more fascinated with other people using the toilet, but not her lol. It would be so nice to be done with diapers and wipes foreeeeeever since she's our last, but alas. I did also just order two big boxes of Kirkland wipes so I hope we go through those first...

Mine is the same age and she's been wiping herself with wipes and washcloths for a while now, and just has recently started pointing to her diaper and saying "poo poo" (sometimes she's gone, sometimes not), so I guess she's getting interested? We haven't even thought of putting her on the potty yet.
Re: pacifier, she's still using it but now we're down to naps (although daycare says she'll go down without one), bedtime, and long car rides. She's also gotten to the point where she'll willingly put it away once she gets up, whereas in the past we had to sneak it from her or deal with her crying a bit over us taking it away.
Actually, mine is a question. When did your kid stop napping? Dd is 2 1/2 and basically won't nap anywhere but home anymore.
Also, she's not potty trained. And she still uses a binky when she sleeps, and I'm dreading getting rid of it.
She started fighting naps pretty hard shortly after age 2, but would always nap if we tried hard enough. Around 2-1/2 we just stopped trying because we'd spend as much time trying to get her to lay down as she would sleep. Not worth it.
We did have to adjust her bedtime about a half hour earlier, but other than that she was generally fine without a nap.
Now, shes almost 5 and still takes a nap almost every day at school, and very occasionally at home she'll decide she needs a nap and will go lay down, but generally she goes without a nap.

That's what DD2 does. DD1 didn't start doing that until closer to 3 when we started PTing her. I mean, she seems genuinely curious about the bathroom so I figured why not plop her on the toilet before bath? Nope, she was having none of that.

Oh, my I'd also was potty trained by about 2-1/2, except for nights. We did away with the overnight pull-ups around age 3 - I think a few months after she turned 3.
I will readily admit that daycare did a solid 90+% of the potty training effort.

DD napped until we cut the nap at 4y bc she was up until 11p. We cut the nap and she’d go down at a more respectable 9p.
PT ... introduced the potty chair 12/2011 (2.5) and she was trained through the night until shortly before she turned 4. Dcp did mist of the pt work. We had to train her through the night.
My DD gave up naps at her 2nd birthday. My son is 3.5 and still naps most days. He's super high energy, where she is more mellow, so I think he just needs to nap to have SO much energy when he's awake lol. He also doesn't like to sleep at night like she did/does. DD potty trained at 2.5ish, DS halfway at 3 (still not poop trained at 3.5 ugh). Kids are all so different.

DD napped until she was almost 5. Maybe not everyday and she was fine if she skipped one, but it was definitely a part of her routine until kindergarten forced the issue.

Oh. I missed the PT part. My son was potty trained for three hours of preschool at 3. Then he came home and peed. Everywhere. He was actually daytime trained somewhere closer to 3.5 and night trained at 4.5. My daughter trained a little sooner, completely at 3, but night training took until 4 too.
