I really enjoyed Ravine for both their restaurant and wine.
As for wineries we rented bikes one day and went to 10 or so plus two breweries. They were all tasty and different, some larger & more commercial and some smaller. Lots of ice wine. Our host at our B&B gave us all these coupons for tastings etc plus told us who was having lunch or a party etc.
We are also planning a long weekend in April with friends. Niagara is one of my favorite places and I am so looking forward to the trip! I am sure we will be pulled to other places, as new wineries pop up all the time, but this is our plan.
In Niagara on the Lake we are planning to stop at:
Ravine (also planning for a dinner or brunch there)
Jackson Triggs
Nomad/Hinterbrook
Big Head (doing the blind tasting)
Stratus
Reif
Between the Lines
Iniskillin (but you already have that one!)
Also in the Niagara region, but a bit of a drive, we are planning to go to:
30 Bench
Kacaba
Flat Rock
Fielding
Megalomaniac
We will take snacks - cookies, energy bites, sandwichs, fruit/veg - for the first day, plus pack water and some sodas. Other than Ravine we don't have any specific plans for food. I will be keeping my eye on this thread!
H and I love the NOTL and Beamsville area. We try to go every couple of years. You've gotten a lot of great recommendations already, but I'll also add Peninsula Ridge, Konzelmann and Marynissen are some of my favourites. Also, if you and P are into cider at all, there's this great place called Small Talk Vineyards. They make lots of different kinds of cider and have wine available for tasting as well. It's a fun place to visit.
For restaurants, Zee's Grill in the downtown area is very nice, but pricey. H and I also love Old Winery Restaurant on Niagara Stone Road.
For wineries in NOTL area our favorites are Ravine, PondView, Trius, and Chateau des Charmes.
If you venture out past St Catharine's there are a TON of great wineries that are less touristy than NOTL wineries have become. Favorites out there are 13th St, Angels Gate, Cave Spring, Creekside, Kew (a must if you are into sparkling), Malivoire, and Tawse.
For resturants, ditto Zee's for a nicer meal. Both Angel Inn and Irish Harp are solid for pub-type food.
