I have a goal of 21:30 (yikes) and my plan and sleep fell apart this week, so we will see. Nothing to do but put it all out there (however much “it” I have today).
I’m up because I am like 0.5 mile away from IU and there are some students still partying at 7AM. That’s some dedication. I am meeting some friends at 9 for a group run.
I'm getting ready to head out and run my 7. I still haven't really decided where I'm going because there's a race along my usual route. I may just run my neighborhood but it's mega hilly. We'll see.
My GT is running a 5K this morning so I'll run this afternoon. We don't have a lot going on today, but right now I'm drinking coffee while the little guy plays.

I’m up for 3 miles and strength. Was supposed to be 13, but the weather is crappy still (cold and some lingering snow). Tomorrow is supposed to be 20 degrees warmer so I’ll do it then.
I skipped today's group ride to mtb. My favorite trail finally reopened after some serious flooding a couple of weeks ago. Just usual weekend stuff for the rest of the day for me.

It was SO cold and windy (along the water). Way off my PR goal, but 7th place overall and 2nd place in my age group!
Got over my whiney snit. We rode 23 miles today close to home and then tomorrow will get as much of our original route done as we can before we have to head home.
It was windy out there for sure. Trail along the river would have been BRUTAL.

I went to the gym for a double header of spin and body pump. I really liked the spin class. Unfortunately, I will may never take it again because I almost always run on Saturdays. I didn’t run today because I’m running a 10k tomorrow.
