Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! Same old nonsense
Any AW's or brags? Nope
Bonus: Are you cheering on any teams for March Madness? Did you fill out a bracket? We do a family bracket. DH and DD1 always crush. The younger kids and i pick more upsets and it never pans out well for us. I'm a Maryland fan so my team is obviously out. We'll just switch to watching NCAA lacrosse.

Somehow I may have actually gotten slower on average on my bike compared to last year. I'm feeling wildly pessimistic about being able to hit the cutoffs for the double century. There's always the metric, but damn it it's frustrating.
Any AW's or brags? I was goofing around trying to learn how to do a bunny hop and may have actually gotten both wheels off the ground.

Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I'm a broken record. My legs are tired. I'm a little annoyed that I'm three weeks out and this is a 55 mile week.
Any AW's or brags? I ran my one and only 20 miler on Sunday. I wanted to do a midday run to practice fueling for Boston. I had to go solo since it was an awkward time. It was a beautiful day for a run. I did an out n back on the Mount Vernon Trail and listened to a bunch of podcasts.
Bonus: Are you cheering on any teams for March Madness? Did you fill out a bracket? Wahoowa! I'm a UVA alum so that's my team. We made it through the first two rounds. I was freaking out on Friday, and couldn't watch most of the game because it was just too much. We'll see how it goes. They have a good team, but teams that I cheer for never win. LOL.
DS and I filled out brackets and we're currently tied. But he has FSU winning it all (my H is an alum) so I'm not sure that will work out for him.

Bonus: Are you cheering on any teams for March Madness? Did you fill out a bracket? I didn't do a bracket this year. The Badger's were out right away and so is Marquette so I don't have a lot of interest this year.

Any AW's or brags? not much here.
Bonus: Are you cheering on any teams for March Madness? Did you fill out a bracket? I've attended St. Louis University games since birth (until I moved away for college) so I was rooting for them, they lost in the first round but I'm glad they got in. Filled out a bracket and chose Gonzaga (go Jesuit college basketball).

I way over did it last week and after my 13 mile run on Sunday, my legs were SORE. Like, first time runner sore. I added in some new strength and core moves, which I'm sure were part of it, but ugh. I'm guessing my run tonight will be slower than anticipated due to this.
Any AW's or brags?
Bonus: Are you cheering on any teams for March Madness? Did you fill out a bracket? I'm an Ohio State fan first and foremost, and they are out already. As are my other two faves this season: UC Irvine and UCF. So now I'm cheering on MSU. Which is fine, I'm an MSU fan, but it's not the same.
