I was reading another thread (on TB) where the girl said she is addicted to sugar. I am totally, completely addicted. I wish I weren't. I think I would physically feel better if I weren't.
Has anyone given up sugar and have success stories you want to share?
If it's relevant, my motivation isn't weight related; I'm typically in the low-normal to normal range for my height. My motivations are: general physical feeling, wanting more energy, hoping it will help my immune system.
But completely unintentionally. My adderall makes me not want to eat, so when I do eat, I only eat healthy stuff since I don't care anyway.
I used to have a serious, major sweet tooth- and for about 3 months now, I can't tell you the last time I had candy. I dont crave it at all, even on days I dont take the adderall.
Still need to work on the carbs/bread. I feel sick if I dont eat them.
