I know I'm not the first one up!

We're going to try the kids on a long family ride today. Sizzli in the trailer. Shorti on her trailer-cycle. 20+ miles with a mid ride playground and picnic break. Not sure she can hack it that long but we'll see. Fingers crossed she pedals.

I have a local 5k race at 10. I got a free entry from a friend, so I said sure! After that I have brunch plans with some friends!

After an amazing 10 hours of sleep, I’m up for 6 miles. It’s going to hit 70* here today. I’m so excited for spring running!

I got 8 in this morning. I met a group, but nobody else doing my distance was my pace, so, I ended up running alone anyway. Oh well! Perfect weather for a run today!

11 miles with a running friend. We started earlier than I normally do so I had to make a bathroom stop after my coffee worked though my system 😳

I met a group for 10 miles. I was the slowest and was trailing behind everyone, but I got it done.

I don’t usually post over here, but I finished Couch to 5k today! I haven’t run consistently in about 4 years due to babies and work and life. I ran 3.1 miles today, lost 5 pounds in the process, am sleeping better, and have more energy. I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to running half marathons but knowing I can keep up with my kids is awesome.

I slept 9 hours last night! I’m planning a fitness blender video later and a short run this evening.

I went for a 3 mile run. My knees are aching and it was a reminder of why I no longer run long distances haha. It was just too nice out to not run today.

Did CrossFit this morning. It was a fun, long partner workout. Then we hit the library for play time and the library book sale. As always, I picked up a small stack - 8 for myself, plus a few for the kids. I love having a few fun books on hand for when I need something to read and can't get to the library.

I did a local 10k this morning, weather much better than last year. Second fastest 10k and may had PR’d had it not been so windy. Now I’m off to a beer fest. Cheers! .

I have a cold so I’m dragging this morning but plan to head out for at least a short run after lunch.

I’m also reading NROLW and trying to eat more protein — though it’s challenging as a vegetarian.

My 6 year old happily did 20 miles on her tandem/trailer-cycle thing. We took a long playground and picnic break, but that's still 2 hours of biking for a little person and she did her share of pedaling. Super impressed with her. Also pretty impressed with the rather elderly Burley piccolo I got of Craigslist

I did a quick 45 mile ride this morning and spent the afternoon and evening at a wedding for two local cyclists. It was a long but really good day.
