Friday- rest Saturday- race Sunday- volunteering and then a 1 mile walk with my aunt and uncles dog... does 8 times up and down 4 flights of stairs to do laundry count as anything?

Can we talk about the part where you did your 100 mile ride on the trainer? Because you've put in some serious work on the 6th discipline of triathlon. Mental toughness.

*For those who commented on my thread about this - we ended up running 10:15 pace for the 6 miles. She messaged me later in the day to thank me for "making her go slow" because she felt a lot better during the last few miles than she did during her last long run. I am trying not to take that as a backhanded comment lol. She has 20 the weekend after next and to my H she is going to ask me to do 10 with her. I'll probably tell her I can only do 8. I don't think I'm in double digit shape right now.
