I’m very proud of myself. Last night I made a pot of pinto beans for me to eat for lunch all week. So I’m feeling good about my nutrition for the week at least on that front. Plus, I got a beef stew all prepped in the crockpot so I just had to pull it out of the fridge this morning and pop it in the base.
Sunday- Skillet King Ranch chicken from Eating Well Monday- beef stew in crockpot Tuesday- Chick Fil A for the family, leftover King Ranch chicken for me (it’s tee ball practice night so we get home late) Wednesday- Philly cheesesteaks for the adults, tortellini for the kids Thursday- Takeout Mexican food probably Friday- pizza night
The only day I can see blowing my calories is Wednesday because I’m having lunch with a friend. And the cheesesteaks are by far the highest calorie dinner we will have!
