We have 6 bday parties for 7 kids coming up (all in 3 weeks! Ugh). Any ideas for go-to gifts? We have a 4y boy, 5y boy x 2, 6y boy, and 6y girl x 3. Two of the 6y girls are a joint party and the third is a close family friend, so I will probably do something nicer for her (outing with us). Is that age too old for bubbles and side walk chalk? I was trying to think of outdoor consumables.

I don't know about "too old" but I had SO MANY bottles/packages of bubbles and sidewalk chalk when DS was that age that most of it eventually either gets tossed or passed on to someone else. This is why I'm not a fan of favor bags, TBH. Those are items that are often given out as party favors and it just got to a point that I became annoyed at even MORE of it.
What about these outdoor adventure kits? I could add a book about bugs or other animals. 15 in 1 Outdoor Exploration Kit - Children’s Toy Binoculars - Flashlight, Compass Whistle Magnifying Glass Bug Catch & Backpack. The two things you linked would be hits here! We tend to get a lot of chalk and bubbles so I'd probably pass on those. DD is turning 6 this summer and here are some things on her list:

My boys are 5.5 and 3. Play-doh and Play foam kits are really popular with both. A small lego or duplo kit is always good, too. Craft kits. Crayons and coloring books - we have a lot but we go through them really fast too.
I really like Playmobil, and you can get good prices often on Amazon. It could work for any of those ages. I prefer it to Lego b/c you don't have a million tiny pieces falling apart all the time (although you do still have tiny pieces).
Disney Princess Cupcake game is super cute. Kids mostly just like to play with the cupcakes, but it's worth it for that.
The game "Outfoxed" is fun for all of those ages.
For the girls, I have gotten the little Next Gen doll pets with a pet care set at Target and that was a hit, if you can get sale prices.
Play Doh sets
I have a 6 YO girl and anything unicorn is popular.
Dino Dig kits or similar where you excavate something in a block of plaster are good, too.
For my daughter's 6th bday party in January, she got --Dreamtopia Barbie set with unicorn --Polly Pocket set --Wellie Wisher stuff, including books --stuffies, squishes, a necklace, hair bows --crayon melter art kit
I don't like choosing toys when I have no idea what the kid is into or what toys they have already. I figure everyone can use something like that for pool/beach and with my redcard and various discounts I didn't spend a lot. I added a matching swimsuit coverup for one of the girls we are closer to and know her clothing size.
Also, stock up at the dollar store for birthday cards and gift bags/wrapping paper. Those things are expensive in CVS!
Craft kits are my go to for 6-7 year old girls. They get a ton of them but they are great to stash away for a rainy and/or bored day. Justice gift cards are great at that age, too.

I used to go on Amazon and buy craft kits 6 at a time and have a standard birthday gift. Sometimes you can find a $12-15 kit on sale for $7-10 and buy a bunch.
I suck at gifts so I’m a gift card person. But people have given my children such wonderful gifts at both of their parties this year. I like the different books they received but my DD is really into books so she’s enjoying the ones from her party and her baby brother’s party.
