Celebrity Edge - Eastern Caribbean - Blog Update

A couple things to note:
We loved the ship! So innovative and different.
Both excursions booked through Celebrity were fantastic (St. Maarten and Tortola).
Don't choose cabin 6157!  Also don't believe the Infinite Veranda is worth the extra $.
The staff in all areas of the Edge are phenomenal!

Awesome. I never thought I'd like cruising but after my parents begged for a family trip, agreed to do a Celebrity cruise and it was a great experience. I've got friends who also loved their Celebrity cruise, so we are thinking of doing a friends trip in the next couple years. Great to have some reviews of different ships!

I’ve blogged all of our cruises - Edge was our third Celebrity ship. We have Summit out of San Juan next March, which just went through the revolution re-design.

Summit out of San Juan is what we did with my parents and sisters in 2016. This would have been before a renovation. The best part was this great bar outside the back of the ship that was just perfect. Usually had a decent acoustic guitarist or some other chill music, and because it was a little hidden, it was never crowded. Enjoy your trip!!
