So I love gravy but it’s a Thanksgiving thing. All you gravy people, teach me to use it in the crock pot please. Also v curious about the calories/macros but I bet I can balance it!
2chatter, For pork chops in gravy it is 1 can cream of chicken soup, 14oz chicken broth, 1 package dried onion soup mix, and 1 package of pork gravy mix. Mix together throw in the chops and submerged cook on low all day. My mom always adds a little flour before serving because she likes extra thick gravy but I find it isn't needed.
Steak tips in gravy is 1 package au-jus mix and 2 packages brown gravy mix. Mix with between 1-2 cups of water and then I submerge petite steaks and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
I will agree not the healthiest options using the packages of gravy mix and not how I make gravy if I cook on the stove but works really good during the winter months when no one is around to cook.
S: spatchcock chicken with hasselback potatoes and Brussels sprouts M: National Championship Game! Yay! And going to sign my taxes and find out the verdict, boo. So chicken phillies with snacks on the side T: I’m traveling and DH is coaching baseball, so they will have chick fil a W-Th: I don’t know. I may have to travel again. F: pizza and salad

I just throw chicken breast, 2 packages of chicken gravy mix, and a large can of cream of chicken on the crockpot before I leave for work. Come home and shred the chicken and done. You can serve over potatoes, rice, noodles or by itself. It is one of the few Pintrest finds that my entire family likes.
Saturday- steaks and asparagus on the grill Sunday- salmon and veggies Monday- black bean and spinach quesadillas Tuesday - slow cooker Bbq chicken sandwiches with coleslaw Wednesday- raviolini primavera Thursday-leftovers Friday- I quit. Probably at Panera before going to a play with the kids
