Fri: ran outside 3ish miles Sat: 1 hour cycle class Sun: 5 mile run. We also walked a lot, and I hit 20k steps for the first time since last fall. I need spring and summer to be here!
Friday- plank for my plank challenge Saturday- spin and plank challenge Sunday- plank challenge and wardrobe malfunction cut my 7 mile run to 3.2. lol
I want to hear more! How long can you hold a plank?
I am currently at a minute and 20 seconds if I am timing myself! I will see if I can find the plank challenge and post it. I haven't done today's yet; yesterday's was a 30 second straight arm plank. I really need to work on my core and I hope this challenge helps with that.
