I'm leaning towards a book, a small lego set, and some pool toys for each kid, plus a little candy and the sidewalk chalk spray my mom got to go in their baskets. They're 10 and 6.
10 and 6-both boys I got them both an Easter themed brick heads Lego and a small Lego set. I will do a little candy, but that's all I have. I usually do swim trunks, but they have plenty. They don't need anything, so I'm not buying crap just to have it in their basket. I may pick up an outdoor game or something baseball related for them to share, but that will be it.
I am such a donkey. I bought the PBK basket liner when it was on sale and had it personalized, figuring I could find a cheap basket/use a coupon at Michael's or Joann's to go with it. Well, I ordered a large. No one makes a generic basket to fit this behemoth liner. So then I had to buy the damn basket from PBK too.
Cut to $60 spent and a basket large enough to fit my child, a few of his closest friends, and 3/4 of one elephant later...fuck Easter.
Anyways, I got him a Sesame Street Take-A-Long band and a book called I Love You, Honey Bunny. I'm going to fill the rest of it with regret and shame.
Kids are older, youngest is 11 and oldest is 15. We're doing minimal candy in spite of my H's objections (he's a candy fiend LOL). I'm thinking of doing new pool stuff. We have plenty of towels, but thinking of maybe getting each a new suit, goggles, and either a float or a game. We still have uneaten Halloween candy that I really need to throw out, I really don't want to add any more to that stash.
17yo DS - Gift cards to fast food places, cash, gas gift card, cologne he likes from Abercrombie 9 yo DS - Into the Spiderverse, Aquaman, PS gift card, boxer-briefs from Abercrombie (he wants to start wearing underwear like big brother)
I need ham like water Like breath, like rain I need ham like mercy From Heaven's gate Sometimes ham salad or casserole or ham that’s free range, all natural I need ham
My son is almost 10. I haven't gotten anything yet, but I'm thinking: -small lego set, he wants all the Lego Movie 2 sets. -Roblox gift card -a gift card for his (our) favorite ice cream shop -a new spinbrush -a little candy. I think I ordered some from my niece?? I need to ask my SIL. LOL -flip flops or some type of slip on sandal
DD1 (5) is getting: a raincoat, sunglasses, a swimsuit, a "unicorn paradise" grow your own garden kit, a squishy unicorn, fluffy slime, a couple of books, and candy. DD2 (2) is getting: a raincoat, rain boots, sunglasses, a swimsuit, a couple of books, soft blocks, and candy. We also got her a little inflatable football but she found it early so she has it now, lol. They are both getting to share water beads, bubbles, and play foam.
We're not religious so we don't celebrate outside of baskets and an egg hunt, so I usually buy them things they will need/use for the spring and summer.

Fucking Pottery Barn. I ordered stockings from them and they're ginormous. I spend almost as much on stocking stuffers as I do on the regular presents.
I got her a few books (Diary of a Wimpy Kid, I Survived, and a Who Was book), some candy, an Origami set, a bunny squishmallow, and a card game (Uno Flip). I also had a leftover Switch game from Christmas so that will go in there, too. I think that will be it! I used to do summer stuff but she is so dang picky about what she will/won't wear that it's best to let her just choose now.
I was JUST discussing this with DH. Not set in stone but ideas we were kicking around
DS1 (12) Multi Touch Soccer ball, new headband for soccer(to match his jersey), soccer socks, Kontrol Freeks, small Gift Card for VBucks and snacks/candy.
DS2 (9) New Basketball, new headband for soccer as well, soccer socks, Lego kit, Bakugan case, snacks and candy
DS is 2.5: Pouches from the pantry, goldfish packets leftover from my mom's x-mas gift to him, light up bunny stick from last year's basket from my mom, a few empty easter eggs.

They need some short sleeve shirts, so probably 1-2 of those A little bit of candy Maybe a small Lego or game Flashcards for DS2 (addition and subtraction facts) Hopefully, not much else. We put money and some candy in the eggs and I don't want to buy stuff just to fill the baskets. If they need some swimming stuff, I'll put that in there too.
DD is 7, DS is 4. We're not a religious family at all, and Easter for us is baskets and egg hunts and big dinner with family.
They're each getting a book and a plush Miraculous toy (Ladybug for DD, Cat Noir for DS), and some quality candy. I may also get them each a small lego set and/or swim goggles.
They get bigger and more exciting Easter baskets from their grandparents. I call my IL's on Easter "springtime christmas." It's ridiculous.
I'll probably get them each:$10 iTunes gift card, book by their favorite author, some sort of stupid "squishy" toy, a new pair of Old Navy flip flops, and maybe some new pool/dive toys to share. Every effing year I buy new ones, and by the end of the summer we have like 2 left.
I also regret getting the large pbk basket with personalized liner because I have to fill it every year. It's huge!
This year it's being filled with a moana oar and Maui hook, 3 books, small puzzle, bubble wand, egg with stickers in it, small surprizamal, a Barbie outfit, chalk, and a squishy light up porcupine ball thing.

Fill the bottom with oranges? That's what we got as kids. #bitterGenX
sproctopus- Thank you for posting a pic of your little guy. He's getting so big!!
22 month old boys. They’re each getting pyjamas, bubbles, a little wind up chicken toy I found at the dollar store, a book, and a small chocolate bunny.
My parents bought them new rain suits and rubber boots.
