I am up way too early for a charity/fun ride this morning. Later on I'll drop by one of the local bike coops to donate a bike and then try to get to the velodrome to say hi to a couple of teammates that are taking the certification/beginner skills class. Hopefully a nap is also in my future.
I am reluctantly awake. I have a body pump class at 7:45. I usually bike or run for 30-45 minutes after class, but we have a baseball game right after.
I was up waaay too early after being up way too late last night to come to NYC for 1) bagels with fish and 2) a hot sauce festival. One down, one to go.
I'm up but doing nothing today. I had a stomach bug last night that seems to over, I'm feeling okay. But now I'm just waiting for the rest of my family to start throwing up.
Just finished 70 minutes of intervals on the trainer with Zwift. We are having my kids 4th birthday party today and I have a 10k tomorrow (followed by another 4 year olds birthday party)

I’ve been up for a while and got a 4 mile run in. I’m on vacation, in Florida, on the beach. And it was AMAZING to run on the path near the ocean and listen to waves as I ran. Totally worth running on vacation.
We’ve already had fruity drinks by the pool and are on our way to the casino now. No idea what we are doing after that.
This morning I met a friend at the Boston Marathon expo. We walked around there for a good bit and then I walked around the city a little once he had to say goodbye. I am doing some house chores right now and then will head out for a short run. I also need to do my plank challenge.
I invited a friend over tonight; he hasn't committed though, so that is up in the air.

I ran a 10k this morning and got a huge PR! So exciting! It's a great race, there were like 20,000 people running and tons of crowd support. I love it!
