The half I’m running on May 5 announced about a week ago that their hydration partner is Nuun. Any time I have ever tried Nuun it has torn my stomach up - horrible stomach cramps and bloating. I also have been unable to find the flavor they are using anywhere online or where I live, just in case I wanted to give it one more chance.
So, I need to run with a small amount of the Gatorade I’m used to. I have never run with a fuel belt. I’m looking for recs that won’t bounce up and down while I run. I don’t need it to hold anything else, just a 12 oz. bottle of Gatorade. I already run with my phone in my hand so carrying something else won’t work.
Suggestions are welcome! I’d like to start training with it this week to get used to it.
I have an amphipod belt but I have never been able to stop it bouncing or constantly riding up. If I were you I would carry a handheld bottle and get a flip belt or similar to hold your phone. For super long runs I switched to a pack and love it so.

I have a Nathan belt and it rides up. I also have a flip belt with 2 6oz bottles, I like it much better but 12 ozs isn't much. It also fits my phone, my car key, and a gel or a few chews. I can get to about 9 miles with it if it's not too hot out.
Otherwise I have a camelbak pack that I love and highly recommend. I also tried the Nathan packs, but they don't fit my shoulders right.
