Gearing up for a 10-11 mile run. I haven’t done a long run in 2 weeks due to some mild tendinitis in my knee. It feels fine now so I hope I hold up for the mileage. It’s my last long run before my half.
I always struggle with what to eat/drink before a long run. Especially with drinking, I don’t want to pee every 15 minutes 🙄. But I also don’t want to become dehydrated.
