Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector?

Does anyone use this? 

Do you use it on top of concealer? Under concealer? Without concealer?
Brush or fingertip pats?
Do you set it with powder?

How do you like it?

I dab and blend undereye correctors with my ring finger and apply after face primer but before foundation and concealer. I lightly set my under eyes after concealer. The Becca corrector is pretty good.

i have it and like it. like PP, i dab on with fingers after primer, then cover with foundation and concealer if needed.

Love it. I have used it both before and after concealer, but usually before. I apply with finger and then beauty blender.
