Has anyone read this? Did you love it? I loved it so, so much.
I had no idea what it was going to be about going in. Like, none at all. And it was such a fun ride to watch it unfold. I liked that the main character was smart and relatable, and reasonably flawed. I loved all the characters, really. The Carls were not what I was expecting, but they were fascinating. I couldn't put it down. I want everyone to read it. I'm expecting a sequel, but I can live without one.
The Queen song Don't Stop Me Now has been running through my head for almost a month since I read this, and it's decidedly one of my favorite songs of all time now. My husband and kids might be getting sick of it.

I read it just because of this post, and didn't know anything about it going into it. Just finished it today and I definitely enjoyed it. The 2nd person narration was a little odd to me, but that was the only thing I didn't love. What a cool concept though! I am nowhere near as optimistic and human-loving as April though. It was a kind of refreshing balm to my jadedness though.
