I’m up, fueling up for the Pittsburgh half today!! My excitement is tempered by the fact that it’s going to rain for the first hour-ish (or more!) of this race. I hate rain running.

Good luck to the other racers today!
Good luck to you and cinco in the ‘Burgh! I’m racing closer to home today and it will also be pouring the whole time. Whee! 😛

Good luck racers!!
We went to a wedding last night and I’m so tired. It was tons of fun though. I’m hoping there’s a break in the thunderstorms this morning and I can take the dog for a long walk. Not much else going on today.
I'm just running the "parent mile" at my kids' race this afternoon. It's the end of the series and they use the parent mile to give them time to calculate the winners, plus it's fun for the kids to see parents participate too. I think both of my kids are currently in 4th place and they give the top 3 trophies so it'll be close depending on how today's race goes. All the kids get medals though.

Good luck racers!
I ran 10 with a friend this morning and had a tasty breakfast. It’s a beautiful day out and have some yard things to tackle. I need to get the bike out and turned up for some riding this week now that nice weather is finally here!!!
5k this morning. I ran with a friend and went with her pace. She was so excited with her time!
It was slower than my normal pace, and I felt like I could have done really well on the course if I was racing it so that makes me happy after I struggled through 8 miles yesterday.
I did the National Women's Half in DC today, it was a mess. The weather was terrible, and it isn't the most organized race ever.
And at about mile 6 my knee just randomly started hurting (not suddenly, it came on slowly and kept getting worse). I was already not having a great race, and I felt like I couldn't stop and walk because of the rain and the relative cool temperature.
Every half I've run I've ended up injured, although once was unrelated to the half/training. I think it's time for me to hang it up.
