Friday- nothing... lazy Saturday- marathon spectating and helping my friend feel better after a disappointing marathon. Sunday- 3.5 miles. UGH. I wanted 9 but got scared of shin splints after my shins were hurting Wed and today. I got a great massage today though; hopefully that will help. I also have new running shoes I should test out; those may help too.
Just got off the phone with my friend who did RAGNAR Cape Cod and man I want to do a RAGNAR now! I am so jealous!

I did a 70.3 relay yesterday and did the swim. The current moved the buoys and there was a walk on a sandbar in the middle but had an amazing for me pace even though it was really long. I calculated over 1.5 miles and averaged around a 2:15/100 yard pace!

I'm back for the 5,282 time. Ha. My goal is to do a half in the fall so I'm back to play.
Friday: Yoga Saturday: Ran 3.75 with a new group, which was fun. They are all half or full marathon training so I only ran the first 2 miles with them, but they seemed like a good group Sunday: nothing, because I ended up hosting Mother's Day at the very last minute
