Loss of sensation

I had a baby 9 weeks ago very traumatic birth needed forcepts and got a 3rd degree tear ever since I haven't been able to tell if I have a full bladder or any urge to urinate. I can go when I take myself every few hours but never feel like I need a wee or any sensation
