Definitely clears up that we should probably not attempt an additional 70 miles in 2:45 in 3 weeks...but the double metric is totally doable! Seeing as how we just did it. LOL

The winner did 263 miles. I continue my streak of consistently being almost precisely half as fast as the winner of any given race!
