Help! I am just finishing strong curves, and I have 2 weeks with no training plan at all before we go to the beach. I need some suggestions! I am looking for something to do in the strong curves void. Of course I would love to tone up as much as possible before the beach.
A typical week for me is 3 days strong curves, 2 yoga, 3 runs (3-6 miles), and 2-3 swims/indoor cycle.

I did that, actually! That's the only other plan I've done. I could probably do the first few weeks again. My plan is to go on to the second phase of strong curves after vacation, and I was thinking about starting it and then maybe repeating when we get back, but I don't really want to because I get bored easily
