A little light for May. I was mostly off road (mtb and gravel) and on the track on the weekends. This really decreases mileage but not time on the bike. I"ll be on my road bike a bit more during June.
396 miles, almost 100% bike. I feel like I'm missing a few here though? I need to sync my watch. Also need to get my ass back on my trainer during the week, but seeing as how the double century is on Saturday it's a bit late for that. LOL
(still have a lot of bike shit to go this year though....so yeah, need to get my ass back on the trainer during the week)

I skipped a lot of workouts this month so am a little surprised where the numbers came in but Ouch when I realized it's been a year since I've done any swimming when my tri from last year showed up on my timehop today.

Light on the running this month; between my half on 5/5 and recovery from that, plus my work conference last week, I just was out of time. But marathon training officially started today, so I imagine my mileage will be much higher this month.
