Anyone renewed Global Entry lately?

Just wondering what the processing time was. Appointments are being scheduled 6 weeks about but can't make an appt until app has been approved.

Mine wasn't a renewal but an initial application. We waited about 3 months to get approved then another 2 months for the interview then the card arrived in the mail in about a week.

Not Global Entry, but I am in the process of renewing my NEXUS card. I resubmitted my application (this is my second renewal) in Feb. I finally got an invitation to interview again in May. Earliest I could get a spot to interview was July. My first renewal was very quick, less than 6 weeks from requesting renewal and paying to receiving my new card in the mail.

I applied and was given initial approval in about 3 weeks. DH applied about a week before me and still hasn't received initial approval and it's been about 8 weeks.

Really? i was under the impression we had to do another interview.

An interview for program membership renewal may not be necessary. Once you submit your renewal application and fee, check your TTP account periodically for updates on what actions are necessary to complete the renewal process. You will receive an email when your membership status changes.

I wonder if you get one renewal and you need to interview to renew again.  DH’s NEXUS card expired last year, he had to reinterview.  Mine expires this year and I have to reinterview too.  This is our second renewal. Neither of us interviewed for our first renewal.

Exactly the same with DH just a few weeks ago.

Ours were new applications, but the approval took less than a month.

My renewal was late last year, but it took about 3-4 weeks. No new interview.
