Unless you can't swing it financially, I would do the better program--it sounds like it would be both more fun for her and more convenient for you. Child care is one place where I always pick the best option over the cheapest.

I would go with the better program if you can swing it. Or can you split the summer half and half? Not always bad to meet new friends, unless your DD is wicked shy and this would be extremely difficult.

$150 for the whole summer? I would not be comfortable with that. I'd go with what you know and pay $140 per week.
