Friday: Off Sat.: 25 mile charity ride in the pouring rain Sunday: 1 hour of intervals on the trainer (raining), 20 miles at the big city's Open Streets festival (not raining, even some sun)
Fri- off, went out to dinner and ate WAY too much Saturday- walked around Boston Sunday- 5k with my friends! I stayed with my friend who is a slower pace than me and she was very grateful for the company! I felt strong, but really wanted to give her support.
Depending on how the hockey game goes, I may get in a lot of walking by pacing out of nerves.
Thurs - masters swim team practice #1. Hadn’t swum in nine months but due to overall fitness level was able to do it seamlessly. Really feel grateful for that. Fri - ran to the gym, did 15.23 mi on the stationary bike (carpooled home with my husband) Sat - rode my real bike 5.4 miles as transportation on two separate trips instead of driving, and I considered those rides as my day’s workout Sun - ran 4 mi with my DD2 on her bike
It’s been a game changer with my younger daughter able to ride without training wheels. The kids are beginning to accept if they want to go to the pool it’s going to be on bikes instead of in the car.
