I used it for our last two trips and loved it, it was great when we were out and couldn't remember when our dinner reservation was and I didn't have to scroll through emails.

I didn't even think about the dinner reservation aspect. That is brilliant.

I'm just sad that I discovered it in a travel magazine when we were flying home from our last trip

You can put anything in it - we were in SF for a few days and had prepurchased Alcatraz tickets, and we had that in tripit, our dinner reservations, flights, and hotel. We haven't done car rental yet but that would be good too. I would bet you could do shows too.

I used to use this app, but now that the Kayak app does a lot of the same things (and better), I've hardly touched TripIt lately.

I'm also to hear more about kayak vs tripit. I am traveling today and will try out both.

I used tripit for my wine country trip and it was so helpful. I would never have remembered all the wineries I scheduled for 4 days... especially after the 3rd winery every day!
