I almost always rent my cars from Costco, but for an upcoming Florida trip Sixt has cheaper prices even with their non pre-pay reservations. Any good/bad experiences with them?
I’ve used them in various places in Europe with no issues.
I also used them in Indianapolis last year, and I probably won’t rent from them again in Indy. We got pulled over because they’d put the wrong license plate on our car! They were super accommodating about swapping our car (and put us in an Audi to make up the inconvenience), so it wasn’t a big deal. That wouldn’t stop me from using them again, but their location is still close to the old terminal, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. I don’t have any issues with the company itself.
We use them whenever they're available - several locations in the US and Europe. We've never had issues, frequently get upgrades (BMWs in California and France), and it's always price competitive. We are big fans.
