Not- Camping in the rain

Am- Going to Broadway with Danilo tomorrow.

I'm excited about the earrings and dress I bought for a wedding. The dress and my earrings below.

I am not excited about getting it hemmed, because I am short.

1) Being done at my old job and saying goodbye to bosses who suck.

2) All of the last-minute paperwork/wrap up I need to do to be ready to be done on Friday.

Two more things, not exactly on topic:

1) Yesterday at the new job I did my first of a specific type of assessment follow up that involves more steps than most and a lot of justification. I received feedback that I did an excellent job on it! No edits at all.

2) Everyone loved the cookies I made. Even if there was lots of teasing of each other for not saying biscotti the way I did, which cracked me up.

Looking forward to the doctors appointment and ultrasound on Friday.

I don’t really have a negative other than the piles of work I’m trying to make my way through before we head to Ireland in 3 weeks!

1) Having friends over tomorrow, so a quick renovation project (painting and new rug) has a deadline and I work well on deadlines. I'm close to being done and putting my kitchen back together. Can't wait to see how it looks, but wish I had a new light to go with it. Maybe I'll head to Home Depot or Lowes to look for one today and change out tonight.

2) @ Starting transition for kids to not be staying with me every night... it's time, and they want to see their other house and are excited. It's been 5 months, but I still can't imagine having them in the house every night. I would take them staying with me every night for the next 12 years if I could convince STBX.

My BFF was in NY last weekend and saw Burn This with Keri Russell and Adam Driver.

-WNBA tonight
-Game 6 of the NBA finals (and possibly game 7)
-Stanley cup finals
-and then the women's world cup all month



2.I have a physical therapy appointment on thursday for my calf and while it is a good thing that I am getting better, I leave there in so much pain.

I watched the women's game yesterday afternoon. I didn't know that score was possible.

I think it’s called Come From Away. The tour is coming to my town at the end of the summer but I missed the ticket release so I couldn’t get it as gifts for my parents.

It was emotional I think for us NYrs especially. It was also very funny, heartwarming, and showed the beauty of people. Not your typical 9/11 story.

If anyone gets a chance I think its worth a look.

I still get emotional about 9/11 stories, but it sounds worth it.
