What are you training for? Date? Chicago marathon 10/13
Training schedule for the week? i'm still getting back to base mileage. official training starts next week!
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! just working toward getting my foot ready for heavy mileage and hoping for the best.
Any AW's or brags? i ran on the TM at the gym this morning and was interrupted after 2 mi to change a diaper. when i came back upstairs i thought i'd do a little speedwork and run at 8.0mph off and on, and instead i was able to hold the pace for almost 2 miles! probably could've gone longer but didn't want to risk it :-) looking forward to running on the beach next week!

Training schedule for the week? Mon - 4 mi, Tues - swim + strength, Wed - 5 mi, Thur - 60 min bike + strength, Fri - 10 mi, Sat - rest, Sun - bike or run or nothing?
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! Meh, I'm feeling very uninspired lately. Not sure what is up with that. But I just don't feel like doing anything fitness wise. My house is a mess and I'm sick of having a billion things to do. I'm stressed about camping packing this weekend. I just want to take a day and sit in my house and do absolutely nothing. It's a beautiful time of year to run and bike and I really just need to suck it up and find my mojo again.
Any AW's or brags? I had another lovely trail run over the weekend. I put out the call for running buddies and got a whole crew of people. It was great! I'm looking forward to trying out another spot in a few weeks. It's so refreshing to run and not worry about pace, just enjoy running outdoors and chatting with new and old friends.

Training schedule for the week? Mon: Rest, core Tue: 5 miles Wed: 5.5 miles with 5x600meter intervals Thurs: 4 miles, strength Friday: crosstrain, core Sat: 11 miles Sun: 4 miles, strength
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! Now that I'm officially training for Chicago, I'm a littler nervous and a lot anxious. Why did I think I could do this? I mean, besides the fact that I've done it before, and KNOW that I can actually do it?! Ugh. Calm down, brain.
Any AW's or brags? I'm consistently hitting my paces on my interval runs. I think hiring a running coach, while expensive, was the right call. It's forcing me to run when I might otherwise not, and it seems to be working!

schedule for the week Mon: hike 5.5 mi & abs challenge Tue: rest Wed: run 3.17 mi & abs challenge Thurs.: undecided & abs challenge Fri: hike 5.5 mi & abs challenge Sat: bike 15 mi & abs challenge Sun: rest (flying to Tampa - maybe swim in hotel pool)
