I was curious which color dye one of the women prominently displayed in their advertising had used.
I asked their online color consult person. After some run around, the rep told me that the model in question hadn't actually dyed her hair at all (which explains why her hair color doesn't remotely match with their offerings).
She'd just used their clear gloss to add shine.
So - a little warning about their interpretation of truth in advertising.
Not surprised honestly. I used them for about 6 months and stopped my subscription. I liked the product overall, there was almost no odor whatsoever and I liked that their kit was all inclusive. But the color faded so quickly... I was tired of the upkeep.

Do they even have blonde colors? I did one of those online tests for shade-matching, and they all came back DARK BROWN. Not that there's anything wrong with dark brown, but I've been blonde for 30 years and it ain't changing...
The color fades SO quickly and didn't cover my grays well at all. I otherwise liked it and my hairstylist approved of it (we were building a new house and so I ran it past her as a way to save money while still coloring my roots).
I used their all-over color (Torino Brown) 4 times over 6 months and despite proper application, my grays always showed through immediately (as in, the color didn't stick to them) and then the rest of my hair faded after only 2.5 weeks. It smelled good and made my hair so soft and shiny though! And my stylist said it was super healthy and felt/looked great when I started going back to her.
