1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #, Cycle, CD, DPO, etc. TTC #2, Cycle 3 after 2nd loss, CD 17, 3 dpo.
2. Any upcoming tests? HPTs in about a week.
3. What are your favourite summer foods? ALL THE BBQ. Corn on the cob, fresh berries.
4. Questions or randoms? After being on Metformin for a bit now it actually seems to have kicked my ovulation into a "textbook" CD 14. I was shocked since I was CD17 when we were TTC DS and in the last year of TTC #2 I've been anywhere between 17-24. Thankfully I thought enough to start taking OPKs early this cycle otherwise we probably would have missed it.
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #, Cycle, CD, DPO, etc. ttc1, CD46
2. Any upcoming tests? Nope, started provera on Monday to force a cycle and then FET2 should be in about 2 weeks
3. What are your favourite summer foods? burgers on the grill with baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad and candy apple salad (really just snickers, apples and coolwhip mixed together)
4. Questions or randoms? Has anyone done acupuncture for any reason? Was it helpful? I have my first session on Monday for infertility and I'm freaking out over the needles yet I was fine giving myself injections daily for IVF.

Good luck with the FET! I'm rooting for you.
I've done acupuncture for decongestion, for fertility, and to get labour going with DS.
It helped with the decongestion while the needles were in, and I ended up getting pregnant the cycle I did acupuncture. I had more scheduled for what would have been CD 3 but we did different stuff that she said could help "cement the pregnancy" - whether or not that actually worked I don't know, but I had zero spotting or anything with DS and I've had two losses where I didn't do acupuncture. Could be coincidence, who knows. It did not work to kick-start labour.
It does not hurt at all. I maybe felt a bit of pressure/discomfort when the needle initially went in, but then I didn't feel anything. It's pretty relaxing since you've got a period of time when you are forced to be still and do nothing.
