I’m up and finished my 12 miles over an hour ago. I set my alarm and was up at 6 am to try to beat the heat. Didn’t work. By mile 8 it was a real feel of 95*. Barf. But I finished and I’m happy with my run overall.
Lunch and a movie is my plan for the rest of the day.
I ran 2 miles and it was a struggle lol. This postpartum restart is rough (the absurd humidity didn’t help).
It is disgusting outside. In the hour I was in the gym I forgot how humid it was. Stepped outside and thought, UGH. I saw people running outside on my drive home and I don't know how they were doing it!

I planned on going to a 8:30 spin class this morning but slept through my alarm. I thought about going to the gym this afternoon but have a killer headache so I might just do a fitnessblender video and hop on the stationary bike.
No other plans but to curl up on the couch and watch mindless movies. It’s raining out so it’s a lazy day at home.

Rest day thank goodness. I may have overdone it on the squats yesterday and my legs are killing me. Also, DS was not feeling well last night and so I spent most of the night "sleeping" on his floor. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!
I have spin class at 9:30; I haven't been in months. After that I am headed to a little shop my friend works at to visit and get some breakfast.
I have New Kids On The Block concert tonight! Heading into Boston early for dinner and drinks before the show.
I went to that concert on Tuesday. It was so much fun!
Today I ran 12 miles. That’s my max mileage right now. My foot starts to hurt around mile 10. Sigh.
SO much fun! and DAMN are those boys fine. I am not a fan of Tiffany or Debbie Gibson so that was when I sat down to give my feet a break... Salt n Pepa though... they were really fun. NKOTB for life. lol.
