Friday: Off Saturday: 35 mile gravel road bike race; I won my division! Sunday: 26 mile charity ride. My legs were too dead to do the 44 mile option. There is a lot of climbing on this ride.
On Friday evening I did a mtb ride after work, about 1,5 hours Saturday I did a tabata workout at the gym which I haven’t done in a while and I was sooo sore today Today- jogged to gym ~1 mile and did a quick rowing and body weight workout then jogged home again
Overall it’s been a great week for workouts for me so I’m pleased
Fri- rode 15 mi Sat- open water swim ~1400 m Sun - ran something between 3 and 5 miles. Did the 6 year old version of a brick with race day transition practice. (Shorti is doing a baby Tri on the 4th)

Friday: was planning on yoga. However, ran to the countertop place to do a "quick check" which turned in to my husband meeting me there and us officially picking out kitchen counters for our renovation. Best laid plans and all that jazz. Lol
Saturday: ran 5 with 3 min uptempos Sunday: 30 min recovery run
