DS is 7.5, this will be our first time going to Legoland FL and the Crayola Experience. He is really, really interested in drawing/art so I thought Crayola would be fun as a half day thing.
How long would you suggest for Legoland? Is 1 day sufficient or do I need 2 days? We are a bit flexible in our arrival dates, we will be at Disney 8/18-21.
Perfect, thanks. I think we will make the drive to the beach after, he's currently upset that we are having to cut our beach trip short this year because of moving
We went to the Crayola in Easton, PA. We had two 6 year olds, an 8 year old, and a 10 year old. They all loved it and easily could have spent the whole day there. I don't know how the one in Easton compares to the one in FL, but they had plenty to do, and it wasn't that boring for me either. Be sure to look for a groupon.

My kids are 9 and 10 and love Legoland. We go every July with friends and it is very manageable with the heat and crowds. Make sure you have a buy one adult, get one kid free coupon found on small LEGO bags and some snacks! Also, we just did 8 days in Disney in April, and they still love this smaller, easy park!

Yes, the Easton one is definitely a full day for us. I don't know anything about the FL one, but if it is as big as Easton with all the activities I would plan several hours at least.
