Saturday - who's up?

Headed out on the boat. Not sure I'm going to get a real swim in since it's going to be a crowded day on the water with the holiday.

Also just realized I forgot my watch. Curses.

I ran 12 miles this morning (the rest of the group ran 17). The weather was brutal. So hot and humid. I ended up giving a couple of other people a ride back.

I’m up and did an hour of cross training. Now I’m trying to enjoy the pool but the weather looks like it may not cooperate. Bummer

10 miles in the heat. I know I complain about the first hot long run every year, but man that sucked!!

I lifted today. Chores and errands, made homemade brownies with DD and bath bombs with DD and DS. Downtime before a family get together (swimming).

I got in a 30 mile gravel ride before the heat of the day. Next up is a nap!
