I just PRed my trail run distance with 12 miles this morning. It was fun and challenging, beautiful morning to be out. I saw the sun rise over Great Falls and enjoyed some muddy, sweaty miles.

We're going to a watch party for the USA soccer game and then dropping off the kids at the airport for a week at grandparent camp.

I ran 9 foggy, humid miles this morning. The good thing is it was super cloudy, so at least the sun wasn’t beating down on me.

How is it Sunday already? I’m not looking forward to going back to work tomorrow!
