Say it isn't so!
Thursday: ran just over 3. It was 90 degrees and humid. Lovely weather to run outside lol. Friday: power vinyasa Saturday: another sweaty run. Ran 6 with my training group Sunday: SUP and then did a yoga class on the SUP. HOLY H*LL IT WAS HARD. Ran just over 3 after that.
Thursday - spectated shorti's triathlon. No workout for me.
Friday - was going to bike but thunderstorms number 38485953 of the week rolled through. We went bowling instead. My left glute was sore so I'm counting it as workout. Lol
Saturday - kinda swam. But way too many Yahoos who didn't understand speed limits were out so I cut it short rather than get run over.
Sun - ran 3 miles. Kinda. First mile in slow motion with sizzli on his bike. Circled back and got him settled with cartoons and cereal. Then next two miles I really wasn't feeling it and wanted a drink...so I circled back to the house and he was gone. So then I got a bonus high speed half mile or so sprinting around the neighborhood yelling for my baby. He'd slipped out again (h was upstairs and thought the door opening was me) to come find me and hadn't gone far luckily. Extra gray hairs though.
So all in all a bit of a shitshow. Shorti's Tri was adorable though!

Thursday: 7 miles, 4 of which were a race, where I got a PR! Fri: Rest/walked around car dealerships test driving ALL the vehicles Sat: an hour of crosstraining, plus core Sun: hilly and foggy 9 miles
