Fri: Rest day Sat: 4.5 mile run, then tweaking my bike fit Sun: 30 mile ride
My bike has gotten several parts upgraded, and once they were all on, my fit changed. It has been killing my knees, so I’ve had to scale back a bit so I don’t go from “Oh, my knee is kind of sore and swollen” to full out injured. Now that the fit is fixed, I should be good.
