Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I usually hit a patch of burn out in July with the summer heat and being tired. I'm planning a few days off of expercise & training completely next week.

Any AW's or brags? Made it through the two rides this weekend and have been feeling good.

Any AW's or brags? I bought a Bluetooth heart rate monitor so I could participate in being “rated” on the Studio app. I am really loving that app. I don’t do the strength workouts, just the treadmill and outdoor runs.
Also I’m off for the summer which makes working out so much easier.
On 8/3-4 I have a 24 hour trail relay and my sections total about 15ish miles. Training isn't really happening, darn PF issue. So crosstraining it is. This is my year of winging it,apparently.
Training schedule for the week?
Rest and recovery from last weekend's ultra so far, going out for a short run Friday, and some combo of cycling and yoga/core.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away!
PF has had me out of commission for a while but I'm on the mend now and I've still managed to get in some short runs here and there, Thankfully walking seems ok so trying to get lots of time on feet.
Any AW's or brags? I completed my 12 hour ultra and made it all the way to sunrise! I walked 98% of the 34.4 miles I covered, for Ultra #4. Big win for my mental game. Can't wait to build my running back up.
What are you training for? Date? Run Untied 5K 8/1, Seacoast Half 11/10. Possibly a 10K somewhere in between if I can find one close enough to me.
Training schedule for the week? I ran my last speed workout this morning so now I just have a longish run Saturday and then some short easy runs before next Thursday. I've also been doing some steady strength training this cycle but will be pulling back from that a bit in the next few days so I'm not sore. Then I have a few weeks off until Half training starts at the end of August.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away!
I'm exhausted really. I haven't been sleeping well lately.
Any AW's or brags? Despite being tired all the time I have kept up with my training schedule, and even managed to hit the paces needed in my workouts. This was the first training cycle I've done designated paces etc vs. just "speed work" or "tempo". It felt nice to have goals for each run and even nicer to be able to hit them. I have no idea what that will equate to for my race because my anxiety usually kills my spirit on race day but we'll see.
