Fri: 30 min shakeout run (3 miles) Sat: half marathon - where I spent 12 of the 13 miles cursing the sun. Ugh. Sun: 10 miles of walking around Niagara Falls
Sat: 14 crappy miles. I think my fueling was off cause it was a struggle at the end and I was ready to throw in the towel. I'm used to my old group where I didn't have to think about bringing anything but GU with me as there were water stop and electrolyte drinks on our route. I realize I was lucky. New group is way smaller and less support. I also think my thyroid is being janky again and need to get it checked out. Every run is a struggle. My legs hurt all the time. I'm just really worn out.
